Dr. Michael Berenstein Covid-19 Policy

For Your Appointment:

  • ​An online Covid-19 Health Screening Questionnaire will be emailed to you prior to your appointment. Please complete it before your appointment.
  • Please bring a mask or face covering. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a mask.
  • Please enter the office at your appointment time. If you arrive early, it is preferred that you wait outside until your appointment time. There will be limited seating in the reception area.
  • Please note that, also due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will only be accepting credit or debit payments.

  • Further instructions will be available in the reception area. If you have any concerns or questions related to health and safety precautions, please feel free to email your clinician.

    • Our office has been deep-cleaned
    • My Chiropractic office has a HEPA Filter and UV light purification unit to help keep our air clean
    • Both patient and doctor will be wearing masks at all times during your appointment
    • I have instituted a 15-minute cleaning time after every appointment to clean my office, including all equipment, chiropractic table, chairs, doorknobs, and anything else that is touched or used.
    • All therapists in the office have staggered their start times so that patients will be arriving at different times to minimize the number of people arriving at the office at any one time.
    • Our office will no longer have a receptionist. You will be booking your appointments online. We will be processing payments either with a stored credit card or with a touch-less credit/debit card terminal.
