"March Break" Update

Well, that was certainly a different “March Break”. Alas, it is over! Or, is it?

It isn’t. But, perhaps trying to get some normalcy back in my life. Today, I become a co-teacher of a grade 3 student. I’ll be tackling the phys-ed and math subjects, while my wife teaches language and arts.

I will also be trying to engage with my patients more regularly now that I’m back from “holiday”. And, to be clear, by “holiday” I mean house-bound stay-cation.  Engagements will come via Facebook, Blogs (like this one), Newsletters, and Virtual Consults.

Virtual Consultations are going to be an option for my patients.
This may be useful to review where you’re at in your exercise rehab plan, provide some self-treatment strategies, or to reassure and educate about an injury or pain.  More information about how to schedule and prepare for a virtual consult is coming soon.

In the meantime, if there is anything you need as it pertains to your physical health, please email me:
